All staff provided by Silver Service are put through a rigorous training by our managers and owners of the company. They are trained on the etiquette of silver service and to provide the best service possible to all our clients and to uphold the standards set out by us
We provide staffing for a wide range of events, including corporate functions, weddings, private parties, festivals, and more. Whether it’s a small gathering or a large-scale event, we have the right personnel to meet your needs.
You can book our services by contacting us via phone or email, or by filling out the booking form on our website. Please provide details about your event, including the date, location, and the number of staff required.
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates. Typically, booking 2 weeks in advance is advisable, but we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests
We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 5 days after the event with the invoice to be updated accordingly should staff work longer hours than initially booked. We only accept payment via EFT. Once deposit POP is received will a confirmation mail be sent to secure your booking
